      "reviewBody": "I fully admit that expectations are not fair to the landowners.  But … after driving for 2 days to this destination, we found that it just wasn’t going to work for us and came up with alternative plans.  I would encourage the owner to come up with directions available to renters that take you to the spot.  They didn’t, and with no cell service in the area, it was tough.  Chad was very responsive & as helpful as he could be, and we eventually found it.  This spot is in a large “community”, seemingly centered around fishing the Tarryall River.  It is a beautiful area.  The property is at the top of a road and the lane ends in about 1/4 acre of usable space.  There is a large, old platform you could put a tent on, an old folding table, piled up wood  and a shed with 1/2 door & trash inside.  It is in the middle of dense trees & foliage - very pretty, just didn’t work for us.  I wrongly assumed with 5 acres listed and access to the stream, that it would be on property, but it’s a couple miles away.  It did look very nice though.  I was hesitant to leave this review, as we appreciate all of those who are willing to share their land & we truly have loved our Hipcamp experiences, but I just think maybe setting more appropriate expectations would be helpful.  "
