Lovely property, great little pond.\n\nWe camped at the end of a grass path next to the pond, near enough to the garage where water and electric is available but far enough to have some privacy and quiet. Popped a tent right in front of the pond, had morning coffee while watching a huge heron soar down silently to perch on a log. My wife tried fishing for the first time and loved it, we ended up pulling a bunch of sunnies and bass. Was honestly a really cool place and close to the Lake too.\n\nIt's not the most primitive-away in the wilderness kinda vibe but we still had a great time. There is a train nearby and occasional sounds of life in the distance but it gets super quiet at night, stars were surprisingly bright and visible. Had plenty of firewood and hosts were very chill. \n\nWould absolutely recommend to anyone, especially if you want to check out Geneva on the Lake nearby.
