needed. Roundabout has fire ring in center. Keep in mind, it’s still a work in progress (as of March ‘23) so alot of clay and little grass but all fenced in and fairly quiet. Hosts seem to have done a lot of work and have great hopes for this area…Airbnb next door also owned by the Hipcamp hosts but we had no problems with any of the renters. We stayed in our 22 foot camper van for 3 nights and it was very quiet and easy to get to. It's just off of a paved road and has lots of space to park your vehicle. there's also a concrete slab you can put your chairs and stuff out on and a fire ring which we had a great fire at! It's about an hour from Las Vegas and Death Valley so it's a great place to stay if you have a camper van/RV and want to go to either of those places.
