The RV sits on 2.5 acres of private land with a separate entrance and pull through. Has full hookups with 50 amp, water and sewer all included.

Fenced in, great water pressure, 50 amp, cement pad for rug and chairs and nice gravel roundabout no leveling needed. Roundabout has fire ring in center. Keep in mind, it’s still a work in progress...
Great private space with plenty of room to unwind and relax. I was only in pahrump for a few days but this clean and open space made it awesome!
