Stayed at the Arch Hill camp spot and it was perfect. A great vista looking over Somerset Dam. The other campsites are well away from you so can truly feel you are on your own. Generous site size as well and feels unique due to the cool fenced yard. \nElise and her husband are absolutely brilliant hosts and truly make you feel welcome. Can’t wait to get back here. Elise is such a welcoming host and a lovely person. She gave us a tour of the sites, went through the usual precautions given it is a working cattle property, and even called by the next day to drop off some local produce and Swiss bread, which were delicious! No campfires allowed at this site but it is elevated with panoramic views of the Somerset Dam and a short track down to your own private spot by the dam. My son loved racing his RC boat, I had an swim and we woke up to fog one morning. All in all a lovely stay and great value.
