This particular gravel road is 5 miles\. If you are pulling a camper this is definitely the best\. There is another longer 8 mile option from 412 \- south from Dryfork in between Marble and Ozark\. The shortest route if from 103 but it has a deep creek crossing and don't recommended unless you have a good 4 wheel vehicle\. The best road to Ponca is County Road 1300 which takes you to Highway 43\. Please keep in mind that Spoke N’ Tru is a cozy but primitive camping site with no amenities so be ready to check your electronics before heading down our gravel roads\. The property is just as it looks in the pictures and the view from the overlook is beautiful. It is a very peaceful place. I recommend booking both sites for privacy as the camping area is not very large and you might end up with someone camping pretty close to you. It's worth it to have this place all to yourself! There is some driving on gravel roads required to get to the property but the location is ideal for exploring the area around Ponca. It was about a 15-minute drive to the Centerpoint trailhead.
