The property is well situated for mid south west exploration 15km South of Bridgetown 25km North of Manjimup 45min to Pemberton and Nannup 1\.5hrs to Kojonup through the back forrest 1\.45 to Karridale and Margs An easy 2\.5hr drive to Albany on the scenic Muir Hwy\. While the property itself has a farming foundation, with the addition of orchards and vegetable gardens on the horizon, we are a holistically minded outfit\. As well as myself, Andrew, permanent residents include Marcia and Brendon and their young son Elijah\.
