      "reviewBody": "Our family LOVED staying in this house! Stan and Michael, the hosts, are clear communicators and generous in what they provide for their guests (ex: food, welcome gifts). The house's setting is beautiful. There's tons of hiking right outside the door and beautiful outdoor spaces (ex: a fire pit) if you don't want to venture too far. We look forward to being able to stay in Stan's beautiful home again!",

      "reviewBody": "We enjoyed this absolutely beautiful home for a week over Christmas and it was perfect from start to finish. The home is so spacious and so welcoming. The owners had the whole home decorated for Christmas with even a cactus filled with ornaments as the Christmas tree! There were stockings hung on the fireplace mantle with lots of goodies inside for each of the 8 of us. The stockings even had each person's name on them. Wow - now that is attention to detail of the kindest sort! Stan was so attentive to our every need and checked in with us to make sure we were happy, warm and enjoying ourselves. The home was in perfect condition and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need for our week's stay. We enjoyed the Windsor Hotel dining room for Christmas dinner, cross country skied at Big Meadows, down-hill skied at Wolf Creek, did a horse drawn sleigh ride to a candlelight cabin dinner outside of Pagosa Springs, played TONS of family games, walked the beautiful property, had lots of cozy fires in the two fireplaces, slept peacefully and enjoyed every minute of our stay. This is a place that everyone should experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! Hopefully we can come back in the summer to enjoy this beautiful home during another season. Thank you, Stan and Mike!",

The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked with the essentials as well as a few extras that really enhanced our stay. The location is just far enough out of town to feel secluded but close enough to Del Norte for a run into town for supplies. As frequent visitors to the SLV, we found the location great for day trips to all our favorite destinations. The owners really went above and beyond to make our visit perfect. I’m looking forward to our next stay at the Belmont and would recommend it to anyone.",

Directions were easy to follow, upon arrival we were greeted by the beautiful views of the property and the beautiful home. We absolutely enjoyed this home and all the special touches provided. Stan was very helpful and easy to contact when we had a question. The location was great, not too far from town and close to national forest and atv trails.
