We have a concrete slab for campers/RV's to park their vehicle. You will have access to the yard and the house. The house includes 1 room and 1 bathroom. Total square foot of the house is 500sqft. Inside the house it can fit up to 3 people. You can hook electricity up to the outside outlet. We do not have a water/sewer hook up. Enjoy watching the birds and squirrels from the back yard.
