There are more animals to pet from April through October \(typically we have bunnies, chickens, sheep, cats, dogs, alpacas, miniature horses, horses, pig, goat, etc\.\)\. In the winter the horses, alpacas, chickens, dogs, cats and sometimes bunnies are available to visit\. Firewood bundles available for $10 The creek at times is swimmable, other times it's walkable, and sometimes in the heat of July it's very shallow\. Daniel\) less than 5 minutes away and others a bit further \(Spitler or Sand Creek\) Horseback riding may be available upon request \- $25\.00 per person or $50\.00 per family\. Additionally, there were so many toys set up for kids to play with that the front yard felt like a park. Swings, zipline, trampolines, large tires, and climbing toys. The bathroom was clean and had running water. We stayed at campsite 1 which comes complete with a little platform that overlooked the forest and creek. The sunsets right over the vast field and is truly an experience in itself. The host Julie was very kind and accommodating. 10/10 we'll be back! Interesting farm animals abound... we were visited often by a sweet black cat and two farm dogs, and we walked over to see the chickens, horses, and alpaca(?).
