There are 5 sites and we were the only ones there. Sites were level, easy to position for hook ups. David was a great host answering any questions that came up. After staying in some pretty packed RV parks recently it was a great quiet get away. Signal for our internet and phones (Verizon) was strong. Smaller beach community and being in the trees made it feel a lot more remote than it is. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. David and his wife do not live on the property but have a friend that comes around to check on things. We arrived very late and david met us at the end of the main road and took us back to our spot. His wife was very helpful, letting us know where the closest laundry, stores and beaches were. We were there a couple of weeks and no one else was there, we were able to let our dogs run.
