We are a private, family owned mobile home park with 5th wheel and travel trailer sites also available for rent. All mobile homes are owner occupied. Travel trailer and 5th-wheel sites rent for $700/month with a TWO MONTH MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED. No motorcoaches allowed. Speed limit is 10mph and we maintain a quiet, peaceful community.
