Is this very nice and new property that has RV lots for sale, but if you’re interested in just a place to stay and relax, enjoy the surrounding areas ( Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and the pensacola area then this is a great location. Very clean restrooms and showers +3 swimming pools with one heated. We stayed a lot 67, which was close to the pickle ball courts, and pool/office. A nice restaurant (Wolf Bay) right across the street from the entrance and Lambert’s where they throw rolls, is within a quarter of a mile.
