We purchased our 30-acre homestead in 2016 to give us a peaceful retreat on the edge of the Smoky Mountains. We have some of the best views of the Smoky Mountains. Only a five minute drive to the Tellico lakes, a short drive to the National Forest so there is plenty of fishing and hiking nearby. They were very nice it was just not a farm farm they really just raise chickens and their house is on the hill above where you park your RV which is a difficult spot to get into
