It had the basics (cups, paper plates, silverware, toilet paper, an extra trash bag, etc) and we absolutely loved being so close to the river. It was clean and neat. The AC kept us comfortable but not necessarily as cool as desired which is to be expected with our hot, humid Texas summers. I would recommend bringing a fan if you sleep warmer and an outdoor trash can would make an awesome addition so you don’t have to keep going in/out of the trailer. \n\nThe vibe at night is great with plenty of seating for friends and family & the string lights. The access to the river is safer than most you’ll see and very easy to get in & out. Although situated right next to two other trailers, they are positioned where each one has its own privacy. \n\nWe did have some inconveniences with the staff at the front of gate where you enter (which is separately owned by an outfitter) even after being there for 2/3 days with them not understanding that we didn’t have wristbands, where our campers were located, etc. Some staff were more understanding than others so I would suggest ensuring that they know there’s campers in the far back that aren’t affiliated with the campground that we enter through. \n\nWe would happily stay here again and rent out all 3 in the future.
