After the well described drive to their farm, we arrived at it while being greeted by their big dog. She is quite loud and might appear scary (people who don't really interact with dogs a lot), but she first of all only barked at us and is secondly, more afraid of you than you're of her. It took us quite some time for her to come closer and not run away. However, she eventually did and was the sweetest dog we have ever experienced. This counts for all the other animals as well, if you treat them with respect ofc. On our second day we eventually met Jocelyn and her family, who were all very sweet.
