It is well maintained, clean and maintains reasonable privacy from the adjacent sites. The site is also very conveniently located to Downtown Brevard, hiking and biking trails as well as the Davidson River. All in all, we were very happy with the experience and would definitely return to stay here again. It does seem worth noting that we never saw or heard from the host and never received responses to any of our messages. We're pretty self sufficient and resourceful, so it wasn't a big deal and won't prevent us from coming back, but seems important to note here.
