We often kayak at Easton State Park or at Cooper Lake and then come back to this private camp area away from the crowds\. Huge parking and camping area where 10\+ vehicles and RVs can easily drive to and park before heading out on the trail or use as a base camp to enjoy the peaceful mountains around you and explore are area around you\. You will enjoy the peaceful hills and unobstructed views of a stary night sky\. No electrical or water hookups\. This is not a KOA, it's a very private rough campground area with beautiful views\. There are no manicured lawns, but lots of rocky areas and often wildlife walking about\. Deer and turkeys often are seen and grasshoppers when its warm\. Forest Road to campsite often is bumpy with good sized potholes\.
