About this space
Located in a small corner of Sussex between Polegate and Hailsham. We back onto the Cuckoo Trail which offers pedestrian walks and cycling, along the South Downs National Park. The beach is a 10 minute journey and the local area is filled with great restaurants, pubs and tea rooms. Not forgetting the many local attractions - manmade and historic.

Great location only a few minutes cycling to the cuckoo trail.
Beautiful area, great access to cuckoo trail, could definitely do it on foot across the field in better weather, we had to do via road. Direct (near) traffic free links to lewes/Eastbourne/downs/ha...
