Our yurt was spacious and had everything we needed. We particularly liked having a grill and also a fire pit, which we toasted marshmallows on. The site is fantastic with lots of space, beautiful flowers and our kids loved the climbing frame and surprise toy shed. The host is warm and friendly and quick to respond. We loved our hot tub and the showers are immaculate. It’s well located to get to lots of attractions in the Peak District, so overall is a great place. My best friend and I stayed in Potters lodge and we were blown away by the place (not by storm Dennis luckily...it simply added to our yurt adventure). The yurt was spotless and beautifully decorated and lifted out with some beautiful little touches such as pillow spray and candles. The bed was enormous (super king I think) and so comfortable!! The hot tub was brilliant even in the storm and everywhere was spotless and of a very high standard. The “shower block” was more like a beauty spa. Both Sarah and her family were most welcoming and made you feel comfortable straight away. The accommodation was excellent the facilities were immaculate the Yurt was beautifully turned out it was like stepping in to another world. You had a small stable fitted out like a country kitchen with a Range cooker. The toilet and shower block were immaculate with 2 showers and WC. We were blessed with the most glorious weather which made our stay even better.
