Rain coming into tent soaking everything. Raccoons are ripping into tent and are not afraid. Price is high compared to other camps with more amenities but the location was what we needed. Private. Clean. Fenced in. Make sure tent is rated for rain and tarped. We been burning food and taking garbage out daily and raccoons are concern.
