We have an off-grid skoolie and wanted to spend Memorial Day down in the OC/Sea Isle City/Cape May area. By far the most beautiful beaches in NJ!!\n\nTom's place was within 25 minutes of all beaches, quiet, safe, with great energy - even though it's on a main road which grants fantastic access to everything, it felt secluded. He provided us with water whenever we asked (it was our maiden voyage and we made some rookie water usage mistakes), which was awesome. He also gave us great pointers about when to leave to miss out on holiday weekend traffic northbound. Our trip home was smooth as silk.\n\nThe clear night sky gave us a real show and we loved the fire pit.
