Sandy was helpful on the phone in regards to directions to the place as sat navs aren’t always reliable. The campsite itself is spacious, clean and pet friendly. Cost to park a caravan was extremely reasonable. You can buy firewood there for fires and there is a shop in the office with essentials if you forget anything. \n\nMake sure you bring extra cash with you for Lou’s big red food truck (opens around 6ish) the food was so good! Partner had steak and me and the kid had a pizza each. Absolutely delicious! The hot jam donut is a real treat also! \n\nWe will definitely be back! This gives them nine months to remove all improvements, that they have made to the park and surrounds, and themselves from the lifestyle they have enjoyed for the last 12 years. This will incur a huge financial burden which, after the financial losses incurred because of bushfires, road closures and Covid 19, will be devastating. These people are the heart and soul of this caravan park and are all heavily involved in the community. We have been friends with Sandi, Lou and Pirra for the last seven years and have had first-hand experience of their incredible generosity, compassion, and good will.\n\nPlease sign this petition to show your support for Lou, Sandi and Pirra. Green mowed grass, beautiful trees and the Livingstone creek running through. Away from traffic noise. \nFor $44 a night for a powered site you expect clean facilities. It doesn’t matter old or new, they should be clean. These were not. It seemed not cleaned for weeks. Same as the kitchen.
