We have a smallholding and nursery at Nethergong, growing herbs and specialist vegetables in the heart of the Garden of England\.We got the idea for Nethergong Nurseries by growing tomatoes in the back garden over the past few summers\. They tasted so much better than anything we had bought from the shops so it got us thinking that there must be a market for fresh, local produce\. The idea was born\.With its abundance of natural resources East Kent has been described as the new Gastronomic Hot Spot in England\. Elizabeth Carter, the editor of 'The Good Food Guide', said:"A rough triangle encompassing Canterbury, Whitstable and Faversham in east Kent has lured quality chefs, who appear to be drawn to the high quality Kentish produce\."There you have it, our produce really is the tastiest and freshest out there\!CampingWhy not visit our beautiful smallholding and camp in our woods or in our fields?We have 26 acres of beautiful woodland and pasture and allow camping in tents only \(limited to maximum twenty five tents\)\.
