A relaxed country atmosphere conveniently located near beaches, wineries, op shops and restaurants\. Up to 3 sites available \(max 1 caravan/camper or 2 tents/dwellings per site\) Ideal for groups or individual campers\. Our property is surrounded on two sides by reserve, the Balcombe Creek and bushland\. BYO gear and set up in the paddock\. We will meet you on arrival and direct you to the campsites\. Access to a flushing toilet and a cold water tap/cold water shower with potable drinking water\. We prefer no dogs due to peacocks and sheep and our own dogs\.\.\. but please ask before booking anyway, and we will accommodate on a case\-by\-case basis\. We are a 5 to 10\-minute drive to the beautiful bay beaches of Mornington and Mt Martha and a 20\-minute drive to Westernport bay and the surf beaches\. The kids had the best time- playing with the guinea pigs, going on the swing and petting Barney and bob (the dogs). We had enough room to have our tent and a little one with a 6x3 marquee in between to protect us from the rain. It was tight, but we fit and were comfortable. There were two other families staying there at the time too (who were lovely) and they were quite close together (sites 3 and 4 I think) but we had enough distance to each do our own thing and still feel like we had space. But the other site was empty so that helped it feel a bit more spacious. If you have kids who love animals and a bit of adventure- this place is fabulous!
