First, we never met Dru, not on the first nor last day of your stay..but only his wife to welcome us to the place, and that was the last we saw her as well. Nobody checked to see if we were okay or enjoying our stay. Second, there was caterpillars everywhere around our camp site, even in the shower, we were scared to even leave our tent open for a few minutes without them crawling in. (I guess with Spring rolling in, it's their time) but it would have been helpful if they had cut down some of the branches that were hanging over our tent beforehand. Lastly, the lights on the pathway to our campsite were not working. We appreciated that the site area was fenced in so it felt safer. We loved all the solar lights and paths. Great to have a separate kitchen area to use. We enjoyed the full moon and gorgeous stars while cooking. Loved taking a hot shower under a tree and outside. \n\nThere is a farm next to the property so lots of animals sounds, but we are animal people and it didn’t bother us. The kids loved mimicking them and it was nice to look at the goats on the way to the bathroom. \n\nWe were close to a lot of things we wanted to explore with the kids. \n\nVery natural place and felt like we were actually camping (which is the point!), but with a cozy touch!
