      "reviewBody": "Fantastic place to camp and stargaze. It’s right near the road but far enough away to truly be dark (you can see the milkway with your naked eyes). Archie was also super helpful and nice. Will be back soon!"

      "reviewBody": "The site is outside of town and quiet, yet 15 minutes from town and close to the less busy Joshua Tree North entrance.  The berm adds additional protection from wind and additional privacy.  The ground is very firm and extremely level, so no worry about sinking in.  The night sky is great with plenty of stars to see.  No houses near by and nobody drives down the road.\nArchie is a great host.  He communicated well and his directions were spot on.  He checked in via email a few times to make sure everything was going well and we didn't need anything.  He gave us advanced warning of strong winds.  We have done many HipCamps, and by far, Archie has been the best host.\nWe would definitely come back to this spot on our next visit to Joshua Tree."

      "reviewBody": "10/10 stay. The property was super easy to find with Archie’s directions on the property description. The dirt road from the main highway to the property was very well maintained and easy to drive on even with just 2WD. There was cell service all throughout the property as well which was a nice bonus considering campsites in the park don’t have it. Great location for stargazing. Super close to Joshua trees twentynine palms entrance. If you’re scared of no restrooms on the property, there’s public restrooms like 5 minutes away at Joshua tree national park association which are really well maintained. Archie was also very responsive through text and the app with any questions I had. As a solo female camper I felt very safe on the property. I’d definitely stay here again. "
