The effort that has been put into making the dam feel like a little rural oasis was awesome. Plenty of bird life and frogs. Having the north side of the dam all to ourselves was very special. It's a beautiful and spacious grassed area with a nice view. Very peaceful and quiet spot, but only 2 minutes to cute Burringbar township and within 20 to 30 minutes drive of a heap of other beach and hinterland towns. Highly recommend.
