Our Story: We are an up and coming homestead, run by two engineers, that are slowly starting our off grid life in southern Vermont\. The name comes from our career paths \(A Civil Engineer and a Mechanical Engineer\) that are choosing to deviate \(albeit minorly\) from the social norms, and creating a magical place to people to re\-engage with nature\. Our property features a mix of deciduous trees and large beautiful old growth coniferous tree's that spoke to our souls\. There is a small creek that runs through the property and old stone walls that make you ponder about the farm that was once here\. The Area: We are within 20 minutes of 3 Mountains for downhill skiing, XC Skiing, and Snow shoeing\. We are 5 minutes from The Ledges, a great place to enjoy a sunset over the lake\. 10 Minutes from Downtown Wilmington and 5 Minutes from Bear Naked Brewing and Vermont Distillers\.
