We chose a spot near some trees for shade and a bit of shelter from the wind. There were a few different animal bones around the trees which was a talking point for our children after feeding all the animals at the cafe…!\n\nThe ground was very dusty & covered in animal droppings & tufty dry hay throughout the field which felt like a fire hazard. Unfortunately the water hole was empty but not surprisingly & probably cut down the mossies! \n\nThere was another field further from the road which might have been better for noise reduction.
