50ft gravel drive with water and electric hookups available. Close walking distance to restaurants, trout stream, bait shop, park + playground, pickleball courts, and the bowling alley! Must be self-contained. We currently have no sewer hookup, toilet or shower available for use. There is a free public dump a couple blocks down. Firepit is available for use.
