As soon as we walked in we were in awe of the beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail in this cabin. With the floor to ceiling wood and rustic furniture, it had the cozy feel of a cabin but the very tall ceilings and spacious rooms didn't make us feel cramped at all. It was perfect for a our little family but still room for more people. We stayed in December but still enjoyed the bird watching and hikes in the woods.\r\n\r\nJust things to be aware of for future guests: the front door of the cabin is about 30 yards away from the last trailer in a trailer park. It wasn't ideal for us, but we read the reviews and knew what we would drive through to get to the cabin. We never heard a peep out of any of the residents so the entire week so it wasn't an issue at all. And the behind the cabin is a beautiful scene of the Ozarks which we enjoyed every morning. Also, when you first pull into the property, you can only go right or left and it wasn't labeled at all which way to get to the cabins, so initially we went the wrong way, but once we figured it out it was no big deal.\r\n\r\nA couple other things to note for future guests: the mattresses were very firm, my husband and I woke up with back aches the first few mornings. Also, there is no wifi and our phones didn't have reception inside the cabin. For the most part, not a huge deal but I would've gladly paid an extra amount to have access to wifi to be able to look up Branson show times, buy tickets, etc.\r\n\r\nOther than that, we absolutely loved it! We would definitely stay there again!
