We erected them on site and set about making them the best yurts outside of Mongolia\!Entertainment and facilitiesThe site has lots to offer; from horse riding lessons, spa treatments to dog sitting and bbqs\. Board games, cards, electronic chess, jenga\. Please note that the games move from yurt to yurt if you wish to request a certain game let us know and i will make sure its in your yurt on arrival\.Horse riding lessons\. We are pleased to offer riding lessons here at the yurts and can be booked out on a one to one with our riding instructor Brenda\. You are able to pre book a lesson before you arrive or when you are here\. Please advise either Darren or Katherine and we will endeavour to arrange a suitable time for a lesson\. Prices start from £10 for a half hour private lesson\.We are dog friendly and welcome your pets here at the yurts \. We allow up to 3 dogs per yurt depending in the size of your party and animal\. Please contact us for details\.Bring your own horse to the yurts as we can stable your horse or pony for £10 a night\.We have a large communal tent for everyones enjoyment\. There are a number of chairs and tables in here please feel free to bring your tables and chairs from the yurts over to the communal as theres also a larger fire pit here for everyone\.FAQsHOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I FIT IN A YURT ?the maximum people we allow in a yurt is 2 adults and 3 children, exceptions can be made for 3 adults to share 1 yurt but there will be a £30 surcharge per night for the extra person\.Unfortunately if you are a group of 4 adults you would need to take 2 yurts, please remember that we only have 1 bed per yurtARE THE YURTS WARM ?Yes…\.each yurt has a wood burning stove which heats the yurt, the only time you may feel cold is when you wake up in the morning as by that time the fire will have gone out \(imagine getting out of bed in your house on a winters morning when you don’t have the heating on and thats a close representation\) the stove takes about 30 minutes to heat the yurt through againARE YOU DOG FRIENDLY ?We are definitely dog friendly, all we ask is that you please respect our land and pick up after your dog and if you are planning on going out and leaving your dog please let us know so we can go and check on him/herDO YOU TAKE GROUPSUnfortunately we no longer take groupsIS THERE ANYTHING TO COOK ON IN THE YURT?Yes in each yurt there is a single ring burning camping gas stove to cook on you can also cook on top of the wood burning stove…\.outside we have a small bucket bbq and a fire pit on a slabbed area, we do not supply bbq coals so they would need to be purchased by yourself however as sometimes guests leave there coals behind if we have any then you are more than welcome to have them\.WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY MY BALANCE FOR?We ask that you have paid in full 4 weeks before your arrival please\.CAN I DRIVE MY CAR DOWN TO THE YURT TO UNLOAD MY THINGS?Unfortunately not, as cars leave tread marks on our grass and often in wet weather cars get stuck\.CAN I GET A LATE CHECK IN/OUT?On occasion we can offer a late check out if no one is booked into your yurt on the day you leave we charge a fee of £20 for a late check out of 2pm please ask beforeWe can also offer an early check in of 12pm and charge an extra fee of £20 this is also subject to availability so please call to confirm beforehand\.HOW MUCH IS BREAKFAST ?Breakfast prices start at £3\.00 for a sandwich\.
