It's a great location and plenty of room to spread out. Our group of 11 had a fun game of baseball and spent a day at Bear Lake. The outhouse is very clean but ran out of toilet paper. Bring your own. The mosquitoes were vicious the first day! They calmed down the 2nd and 3rd day but were still out. We killed several in our trailers and all of us had bites. This is a cow pasture so naturally there are cow pies. Not a problem unless someone steps in one, which happened.
