However it is right off a busy road so it is a bit loud with traffic! Felt like I was in an episode of Psych… strange vibes in the town. Ortega falls was just filled with vandalism but still kinda cool. Sadly San Juan trail was closed and the poppies weren’t blooming yet. Literally located on a noisy main road and traffic doesn’t stop all night. This may not bother some people, but it’s not great. Secondly, there was a home across this road and the dog did not stop barking ALL night. Impossible to sleep. Lastly, while the porter potty was clean, it had no water. So we couldn’t flush and was annoying. We used a bucket with lake water instead. Table and chairs were also dirty and general vibe for the site felt neglected. For the price, I was very underwhelmed.
