We used it as a home base for traveling to New Orleans as it’s about 45 min away from all the NOLA things and it served us well. Margaret was super responsive during our stay and quick to address a small issue we had while there. There was a pleasant breeze while we were there which was nice, but, just a note, there is no shade or greenery so you will need to use the electric to control the temp in your camper in the hot months. I think this spot would be ideal if you were interested in fishing.
