Charlie and Heathers place was perfect because it was close to the beach and Port Orford, yet it was nice and grassy and a great price! The spot was pretty private from the house with a privacy lattice, the well shed, and the water holding tank between your area and theirs. They also kept to themselves and we rarely saw them, except for at the cars. The spot is nicely surrounded by a pretty dense forest where we could walk our dogs on a very short trail behind the house. The forest did a pretty good job keeping the wind down which was nice!! We did still get some gusts here and there. The outhouse was nice and clean and the solar shower bag was very nice. They had the hose and extension cord out for us. The hose is on their side of the property, but that wasn’t a big deal. We never used the hot tub, but they offered it. They have a sweet cat and a sweet older pug that came and said hi a couple times. There was also a wheel barrel to take stuff to and from the car which was very useful!
