Our kids loved feeding the free roaming chickens and buddy love, their cute pot belly pig. \nYou can walk around the grounds and enjoy the nature surrounding and walk down to see the horses and donkeys. \nWe especially enjoyed the fire ring we had by the cabin and stayed up through the night sitting by the warm fire and chatting. \nThey have a playground set and all the comforts you would need in a cabin. Cute, cozy place and wonderful attentive hosts. Highly recommend. We drove up from San Antonio for a short break and my kids (6 and 7) had so much fun. Vicky and Micky were amazing hosts. They let us set up a tent outside the cabin (I knew my kids would not last the night in a tent). We also did 2 animal encounters (farm animals and birds). My 6 year old girls have high anxiety and don't like strangers but Micky was AMAZING with them. He didn't push, let them try new things at their own pace, and backed off if he thought something might be too much.
