      "reviewBody": "The Hippie Crippler Ranch is a wonderful private campground near Big Bend National Park that my family used this spring break of ‘24. Well thought out touches include solar powered lights offering subtle lighting to each site, a most excellent hot shower, good spacing between sites, and being only a 15 mins drive to Big Bend. Camp host/owner Tanya is very helpful and quickly responds to your communications. Highly recommended."

      "reviewBody": "Everything was great. Sites and portable toilets etc. are well maintained.  Tanya is very easy to deal with.  The variable we were hit with that no one has any control over was wind!  We had to cut our trip short one night because of it.  Our old tent decided it had been through enough in its life and decided to fill itself up with sand and collapse…😅. Hippie Crippler is a great place though."

      "reviewBody": "We had a great time! Tanya was so accommodating and helpful as we planned our trip. The place is awesome! The showers and bathrooms, were clean and nice, especially as this was our first big camping trip as a family. The spots have plenty of room and we never felt like we were too close to other groups. It was a great trip!"

Cleanest port-a-john I’ve ever seen. Internet when you need it. Tanya has really thought of everything. We’ll be back. "
