Jack was a great host and communication was great. We were asked to not use the pond location because of the Air B&B folks that were staying at the house. Little bit of a bummer, as we wanted to use the tables and the pond.. so for $50 a night, it was a little high to car camp with really no amenities. Jack did give us the option to refund our money, but we had already committed to camping at that location. All in all, great property and great host. Just wish the price was a little more reasonable for car camping.
