I felt very safe and comfortable. The community is off of a main road, and the plot is aight tucked away and easily located. The neighbors are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the community is quiet and well kept. Beach is less than 10 minutes away. Area is very dog friendly, with a small grass patch behind the plot for easy potty breaks.
