It was a great spot to stop along a long journey. Easy to get to off I-35. Quiet and peaceful farm setting. Robin was so sweet to leave the lights on for my middle of the night arrival!
The Greenhouse was a great experience . The shade trees were wonderful as was the campsite. The host was very welcoming and responsive with messaging.

However, some reviews mention construction noise from a nearby development and occasional traffic noise, particularly for sites close to the road.
