When it says green acres, it means it. It is just a gravel driveway that leads to the campsites and each campsite has a gravel drive of it's own and a piece of grass area to put your tent. There is lots of space though. To make it really successful each site needs at bare minimum, a picnic table or a couple chairs at it, a firepit, and some shade!! It's no fun waking up feeling like you're in an oven because the sun is blaring down onto your tent. But something to consider in the future, take that first old building on the left and turn it into a small bathhouse with a toilet, sink and shower.
