      "reviewBody": "What a beautiful property to explore.  We had access to private fishing and stand up paddleboarding while we camped on the property.  There were several lakes and streams,  trails and cool little ghost town right outside the property.  \nWe felt very comfortable, welcome and safe the entire time.  \nWe had 4 adults, 3 children a dog. \n"

      "reviewBody": "While the ranch with its aspen forests, clear creek, and pond with bridge created a beautiful setting, all the little things were lacking:\n- The path from gate to site wasn't bush-hogged or mowed, and we pushed our rented small SUV to its limits driving through high grass and scrub to get to the site.\n- No tent sites were prepared for us, so we just had to squeeze into whatever flat spots we chose and to stamp down the grass/scrub to create space for our tents.\n- The ground available on the little island in the pond didn't seem suitable for camping because of the high grass.\n\nI think this HipCamp could be a great stay if one (or more) of the following were true:\n- The price was significantly lower\n- The driveway was better prepared for driving by on-highway vehicles\n- A gathering spot for sitting in camp chairs, cooking area, etc.\n- 2-5 tent sites were prepared by mowing a few flat areas.\n- A path was cut/mowed to walk onto the pond island."
