About this space
My residential acres are surrounded by old growth forest with a creek and the North Oconee river. My home is up on the hill, overlooking the campsites, and the goats are busy landscaping the Hill. You can enjoy the river and go for hikes along the trails in the woods. You’re very close to the Eastside, Of Athens, and all the commercial needs. The property backs up to Uga’s golf course.

Great spot close to Athens and a great bath house with hot shower. Bring earplugs as it is right off the road.
Awesome spot, decently private but not far to get to downtown Athens. Nice bathhouse that’s only take a few minutes get to. The host was great, very welcoming. Will definitely come back
