It was so peaceful and quiet, even with a few people driving up and down the gravel road going crabbing. There were cameras to keep your belongings safe if you left, like we did for a few hours, and Ron supplied everything, including a portable dump tank for the sites that do not directly connect to sewer. There were so many varieties of birds around, and we didn't see one snake or alligator near our campsite, so it is a very safe and large site if you have animals or children who like to play outdoors. We will definitely be back fir another relaxing, get away from everything weekend! To get here, you will need to drive about a mile on a well-maintained and level gravel road. There is a fishing pier, about 50 feet from where we parked.
