You can tell they really put in a ton of effort on making the site warm and welcoming. The canvas tent was like a cozy home, so much more comfortable than a regular tent. We were able to easily cook breakfast and make coffee on the outdoor kitchen. There are a ton of outdoor adventures within walking distance as well, and downtown Delaware is just a short drive away. Also the hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, even after our stay.
