But, now that I have stayed at a wopping two places, I can compare. Positives, friendly host. It was available on short notice. Pricing is cheap. It is easy to drive past location but host came out and directed us to the right area. I felt safe because the owner has two outside dogs on his property and I felt they would bark if something was abnormal. Negatives - overall the property feels unkept. There is an ant nest right by passenger side - I was bitten before I realized it was there. There IS a fire pit but it is not close by and it is over run by weeds. The location looks private but there is a surprising amount of traffic at all times. Brown water comes out of the water spigot - hint, it gets better if you let it run for a bit. Trash can was full! Also, dude pulled up in front of our parked vehicle - nose to nose. This felt aggressive because there were so many other places to park. He asked if we were such and such - we were not. He seemed harmless enough and said he kept an eye on the place for the owner.
