      "reviewBody": "Alan's a fantastic host & accommodating. Beach across not so suitable for swim/fish. Fairhaven, Freemans or Tankerton better. General Store a ‘go to place’ for everything. Not a great deal to do on the island but relax/explore. It's worth a week's experience of this remote beautiful natural island."

Alan is an incredibly friendly and welcoming host, helping provide us with firewood, helpful advice and tips on things to do and explore around the island. My friends and I loved the scenery and escape from the mainland, particularly being surrounded by koalas and Alan's cheeky chicken and ducks. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the camping area with camp fire was perfect to sit around each night. Thanks again Alan!"

      "reviewBody": "What a lovely property! We had a wonderful and deeply relaxing time here. Even though the host house is next to the cottage, Alan was extremely respectful of our space and was happy with us galavanting around the property. We had the cottage and used the lawn to camp and enjoyed checking out the funny little island, very unique. Good wading within walking distance when the tide is high. Alan was a friendly host who was there when we needed him and left us alone when we didn't! "
