We brought our inflatable kayak and rented a tiny boat for a day (highly recommended) to explore the surroundings during the long weekend. Our campsite had amazing views of the river, and it was super quiet.\nOur dog Tofu had the best time as well.\n100% we will come back :)"

      "reviewBody": "My wife and I, along with seven teenagers aged 14 to 17, had an amazing stay with Mary and Trevor as our hosts. They were incredibly welcoming, and the kids had a blast with all the activities,fishing, kayaking, and even some tubing behind the boat. \n\nThe area itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with the Pecan trees offering muchneeded shade on the hotter days. It’s the perfect balance close enough to everything you need, yet just far enough away to feel like a peaceful retreat.\n\nHighly recommended for a relaxing and fun getaway!\n\n"
